Aloha All,
Today I met up with Shawn Tracht and his friend, Darrin Flem. They were both trying out new boards, that were basically finless. We rondevoued at a spot called “Ho Chi’s because the trail down the cliffs resembles the Ho Chi Minh trail in Viet Nam! It is very steep, jagged, full of switch backs, and today, because of the last few days rain, Very slippery. I think it was General Douglass McArthur that once said “Discretion is the better half of Valor” so I decided to find a couple of different points on the cliffs to shoot from. Also out ripping in this session were Hugh Soderquist and Donovan Reeder.
